1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting an estimate, scheduling work, or hiring Peakline Sealcoating, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Work
All work will be performed as described in the written estimate we provide. Any additions or changes — including extra crack filling, striping, or expanded areas — must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges.
3. Scheduling & Weather Delays
Sealcoating is highly weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule your project if rain, excessive heat, cold, or other conditions prevent proper application or curing. We will contact you promptly to arrange a new date.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Surface Readiness: The driveway or lot must be clear of vehicles, debris, and obstacles before our crew arrives.
Water Access: If required, you agree to provide exterior water access.
Post-Service Care: Keep foot and vehicle traffic off sealed surfaces for at least 24 hours, or as otherwise advised by our crew.
5. Materials & Color Variations
Sealer color and final appearance may vary due to surface age, prior coatings, or weather conditions. Hairline cracks, texture differences, and existing stains may remain visible after sealing. We do not guarantee a uniform jet-black finish on all surfaces.
6. Warranty
We warrant our workmanship against peeling or flaking caused by improper application for 12 months from the date of service.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Snowplows, shovels, or tire chains
De-icing chemicals or oil spills
Standing water, heavy traffic, or ground movement
Natural wear and tear or external factors beyond our control
7. Payment Terms
Deposit (if applicable): Due at scheduling.
Balance: Due in full upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Late Payments: Balances over 30 days past due may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% APR) or the maximum allowed by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim related to our work is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of property use.
9. Insurance
We carry General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance. Proof of coverage is available upon request.
10. Cancellation Policy
No Fee: Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled service.
Rescheduling Fee: Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee to cover labor and material costs.
